There are two forms of student leadership available at Beechmont School. These are student council and the Year 6/7 leadership program.
The student council is being organised by one of our teachers during 2014. This year the Student Council will be funding the development of the Technology Club.
The year 6/7 leadership program is a unique program that runs for the whole year and challenges every year 7 student to be the best they can be and provide positive and strong leadership in the school for all the students. School captains are not elected at Beechmont, all year 6/7 students are expected to be school leaders.
All year6/ 7 students have positions of responsibility that they have to complete ranging from library monitor, house captain, band captain, student council representative, classroom assistant, choir captain just to name a few.
There are many opportunities available to year 6/7 students to excel during their final year at Beechmont.
