Beechmont State School is nestled in the rolling hills of the Gold Coast Hinterland.

How do children get to school?

Students can arrive by car, bike or by foot, however, most children travel to our school by bus. Lonestar Coachlines is contracted by the Queensland Transport Department to bring children to school. They service Nerang, Lower Beechmont, properties along Beechmont Road, The Summit Estate and Timbarra Estate. Please note that Beechmont State School does not operate this Bus service.

You must register your child to travel on the bus via the School Transport Assistance Scheme.

Visit www.qld.gov.au/schooltransportassistance & Please select LONESTAR BEECHMONT-TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN as your Bus Operator.

For assistance with your application, you can call 1300 119 289 or visit www.STASdigital.Helpdesk@tmr.qld.gov.au
